We have been notified that a resident that was in the clubhouse on Tuesday, January 4,2022 and on Thursday, January 6,2022 has tested positive for the Covid-19 virus. Under an abundance of caution, The Board has decided to close the clubhouse beginning Monday, January 10,2022 and it will remain closed until Monday, January 17, 2022 which will extend through the incubation period. The CDC has advised that Monmouth County, NJ is a high transmission area for the Covid-19 Delta variant. Further the CDC has recommended that fully vaccinated people wear masks in public indoor settings in Monmouth County. We are issuing this announcement for your added protection when going inside the clubhouse. If you are bringing guests to the clubhouse we suggest you advise them of this recommendation.

The current hours for the pool and clubhouse are as followed...
Monday, Friday, and Sunday 11am-5pm.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday 11am-7pm.
If any resident would like to volunteer to be a Covid Monitor after the hour of 7pm please let Laurie know.

Covid 19 Update
Effective immediately, please note the following updates to the operations of our clubhouse and pool.
Clubhouse
*Guests over 19 years old will be permitted when accompanied by a resident. Guests and residents must show proof of full vaccination when they enter for the first time and we will keep copies on file. NO EXCEPTIONS!
*Until the pool is opened, hours of operation for the clubhouse will be 11am-5pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday and 11am-7pm Tuesday and Thursday. Once the pool is opened, the clubhouse hours will be the same as the pool. (See below)
*Maximum capacity will be 35 people in clubhouse with no more than 3 people at each 45 minute session in the gym. Residents will take priority for entry.
Pool
*We are working very closely with our pool contractor and the Township Board of Health to have the pool open on 7/1 and perhaps sooner on weekends in late June.
*All guests over 19 years of age will be permitted when accompanied by a resident and all MUST show proof of vaccination.
*The pool hours will be 11am-5pm seven days a week, except Tuesday and Thursday hours will be 11am-7pm
*Capacity is limited to 40 people with residents taking priority. Once the pool is opened entry to the clubhouse will ONLY be through the pool deck doors.
*Lounge chairs, tables and side chairs will be available and will be cleaned periodically during the day.

The Clubhouse will be re-opening on Monday, May 17, 2021 at noon for residents only.

The pool is currently scheduled to re-open on July First at noon until 5pm for residents only.
Again, extended hours will be based upon usage, demand, and available personnel. Proof of vaccination is required for pool usage, however, masks are not required in the pool area. Tables, chairs, and lounges will be available to residents at an acceptable distance and will be cleaned periodically throughout the day.
